Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Can't be beat in LBTS. Steps from the beach, a block to the shopping center and a short, easy walk to town. Very well kept tropical grounds, The room was always spotless and so comfortable. Felt safe and relaxing. A special gem of a hotel. The pool was perfect and a wonderful way to cool off. The beach umbrellas and chairs were an added bonus. Very kind staff. Peaceful all around.

Really enjoyed staying here! Relaxed vibe and very close to the ocean. I enjoyed all the amenities at the pool like rafts, free sunscreen and bug spray, and the cool water fountains shooting into the pool. Loved being able to take a raft along the short walk to the ocean...literally had loads of fun between the pool and the chill, relaxing beach! The room was also great and very clean! Nice amenities including bowls, utensils and cooking utensils for the kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again!

I along with many other reviewers would definitely recommend this hotel for rest and relaxing. Less than 5 minute walk to ocean. 10 minute to restaurants and town square. We stayed in bamboo room. Up to date everything. AC worked great, great shower, comfortable bed. Everything you need. The pool was heated and accommodating. Took beach chairs to the ocean. Staff very proffessional and courteous. The manager Sam met us at our car and escorted us to room and told us what we needed to know. We will be back when visiting again

Stayed here for the last 3 nights of our holiday. It was clean and well maintained. After booking we got an email explaining check in, It is automatic check in process as the office is not manned 25 hours stating your door is unlocked and the keys are inside, with a photo to find your room, we never saw anyone during our stay apart from the housekeeper.
The room was clean an spacious, no smoking anywhere on the property (which is a good thing). Pool was clean but could do with a bit of maintenance.
The only downside is there are no blockout curtains so you wake up as soon as the sun rises.
Its a short walk to bars and restaurants and 1 block back from the beach. Traveled as a couple and would stay here again.

Our last visit to this hotel was in 2017 and we were glad to find it is still a great vacation spot. The new owner, Sam, was very friendly and is keeping the hotel just as nice as when we have stayed in the past. This time we stayed in the Sea Cave room and were very happy with it.
I took a picture of the beach entrance and one from the hotel to show how short the walk is to reach the sand. There is a stoplight with a crosswalk that allows easy crossing of Ocean Blvd. In fact one day I counted the steps (300) and every day either my wife or myself returned to the room to get our lunch.
This makes our 10th visit to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and we will book Hotel Seacrest again when we return.
