My wife and I ate at Chef Tony's cozy little restaurant and we were blown away. Great service and the food and wine pairings were amazing. Try the deserts, they melted in our mouths!

“Amazing romantic little spot, gourmet chef”
Reviewed July 26, 2012 via mobile

My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at Chef Tony's cozy little restaurant for a wine dinner. 6 courses paired with incredible wines! The creativity and attention to detail was incredible. If you want to impress someone and enjoy a wonderful culinary experience stop by Sea.

“Transcendant”
Reviewed June 24, 2012

Go now before the season begins. This not just a great seafood restaurant it is a truly great dining experiences where the focus is where it should be: the food. Everything is first-rate. Proof that great cooking begins with the careful selection of the best quality ingredients. The space is small and simply decorated. The restaurant is hiding in a small strip mall by the side of a busy thoroughfare. And, that may be for the best. This way it will not be trampled by tourist hoards on their way to some beach establishment serving prepared greasy seafood at outrageous prices. Make no mistake; this is a fine dining experience with all the hype and pretense. The owner-chef is a modest genius with seafood. His creations are near perfection. As a warning for those not enamored of fish or seafood, you might want to take a pass or get over your seafood/fish-phobias. The menu is sparse and designed around market availability; seldom are meat dishes offered. The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. Paul, especially, was a delight. Go and enjoy one of the best meals of your life.

“AWESOME!!”
Reviewed April 19, 2012

We live in Ft Lauderdale 6 months each year...Sea is the only restaurant we have come back to 3 times since January, 2012....why? it's awesome....the chef prepares each dish when it is ordered..tonight we had the Florida snapper and black grouper...simple preparation with wonderful vegetables....and tonight, melt in your mouth polenta. I started with a wonderful mushroom bisque...creamy woody taste, my husband had the beet salad, which he devoured...then dessert, we always get the whiskey cake. Chef Tony makes the rounds and we love to chat with him ....all I can say, this is a wonderful small restaurant with great food and service...we give it 5 stars!!

“Great food and service!”
Reviewed February 29, 2012

If you like seafood this is the place! Everything was great, from the conch chowder (I have had conch chowder all over the Bahamas and Carrib, but this was the best) to the dessert.

The wine selection was limited but good and the service was outstanding. They have about three servers and only 10 tables so you will be well taken care of.
