Everything about it, from the moment you walk in the people are friendly and helpful. Every seat is a great one, great crowd participation and they have some of the best ballpark food we've ever run across!

My friends and I have now been to several of the Grapefruit League stadiums, and Joker Marchant is a large cut above many of them. They make the experience FUN even if you don't care about baseball, but it's a great stadium for those who love the game. Not a bad seat in the house, with a great outfield lawn. The food is nothing special, but the management keeps things interesting with giveaways for dinner and other stuff throughout the game. DO NOT MISS the grounds crew's antics during the YMCA interlude in the middle of the fifth inning. It's hilarious.

We agree the food is nothing special with the exception of one booth that sells bbq pork and chicken nachos. (Choose one or the other, they add cheese, then you add your choice of bbq sauces. Try the citrus flavor--delicious). Prices for all of he food are quite average among spring training parks.

Parking on the grounds at $7 is average. However, the Lutheran Church at the corner of Lakeland Hills and Granada charges only $4 and is only a few steps further from the field than parts of the ballpark's grounds, but you have to get there early--60-90 minutes before game time--because they fill up early.

The park is well-maintained and just feels "right" for baseball.

This was incredible! First, we visit a lot of minor league venues (hockey and baseball) and this is pristine and very well designed. It is a gorgeous, welcoming facility. And the welcome received when visiting by Tigers staff, players, and locals was fabulous!
