Satisfying food with good selection. Somewhat pricey for a family of 5 but great for special occasions. Love the lakeside view!

What a quaint restaurant . This place is off the beaten path, place is well worth the visit. They have a set menu, for the 4 days of the week they are open.
The owners, the Carlton's , must love entertaining folks. It shows!
They really go out of there way to make sure you have an fantastic dining experience. The food is wonderful.
Please give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
The price, the value, the service, the view, makes this a top pick .
Enjoy.

Four of us had our Christmas dinner at Harbor Lights yesterday evening.
The meal is always a buffet (This was our first time there - saw an ad in The Villages Daily Sun.)
There was a carving station with roast beef, melt-in-your -mouth ham, and turkey (a whole turkey; not turkey loaf or turkey breast.)
Of course, there was the mashed potato, yummy stuffing, gravies, and pineapple fritters, which we'd never had. My only complaint is that there was no butternut squash, which must be a northern staple, not a southern one.
Also, there's a very nice view out back - Lake Panasoffkee.
It's the best Christmas dinner in the area of The Villages, in 7 years. The worst was at Katie Belle's in The Villages.
We'll go back to Harbor Lights. They serve turkey on Thursdays and Sundays, and they sometimes serve crab legs.
The price was higher for the holiday, so I'll say that the value was excellent, based on their Thursday - Sunday price.
The staff are very friendly, and they actually encourage you to eat more.

It was a little pricey for my taste for a casual place. They have a buffet or eat off the menu. We had a beautiful view of the lake & you can walk down closer if you want. The food was good but not great; got to taste frog legs for the 1st time

We are not buffet lovers, however this buffet surprised us. Every item is delicious. The roast beef is very tasty and the turkey is moist.

The atmosphere is very scenic and relaxful and friendly so therefore we keep coming back.

Great for a great Sunday dinner.
