One advantage of eating at a chain restaurant when you are in an unfamiliar place is the consistency of the food from place to place. At least that is what you hope for.
We were with relatives and did not want to chance a local eatery so we chose Longhorn for the quality of their steaks. Two of us had the Filet, one had the chopped steak and one the short ribs. All were reasonable priced and tasty. The waiter was pleasant, trained and efficient; the food was served in a timely manner.
We will continue to visit Longhorn Steakhouses.
