This "motel", not hotel is in a great location, you get what you pay for. Rooms and motel are outdated. This place needs MAJOR remodeling!!! Beds are extremely uncomfortable, floors are filthy!!! Doors have big cracks to the bottom, that's how the many of lizards come in. I would NEVER stay here again even if it was FREE!! Only stay this past weekend due to my husbands family reunion. Arrived to be told they overbook, had to be placed in two standard rooms, instead of the suite.

This hotel is in a great area for visiting Disney, Universal and other area attractions. It is older but maintained reasonably well. Two pools, wireless internet and onsite restaurant make this convenient for families. The price was right as well.

Cheap deal with 2 weeks stay, flights etc 18July-2nd August 2012 in a Family Suite with 2 kids.
Room was fine and generally clean, certainly no bugs, hair, dirty carpet etc... Aircon worked if a little on a loud side when you are sleeping. Kids area/bunks worked well. Bed was a little lumpy due too cheep mattress but we made and towels/linning/soap etc all changed frequently. Overall pretty good for the money in an excellent location.Think Travel lodge/Motel and you have it about right.

This hotel was by far the worst I've stayed in. The room had no provided amenities, ie.. coffee maker, microwave.. The rooms are disgusting and not well maintained. The pool felt I was swimming in the ocean. Guest services didnt know the local area. Food choice was horrible and very expensive.

If I had not booked a non-refundable room (thank goodness for only 1 night)...I would have been across the street at the Holiday Inn in a split-second. The first room I entered had hair all over the bathroom floor and a razor and half used bottle of shampoo in the shower. And the bed linens really looked like they had not been changed. When I entered the second room, the A/C unit was soooooo loud, it sounded like a Boeing 777 was taking off. Finally the third room, I just settled...but not until I had clean linens brought to the room and I ensured they were fresh, clean and unused (honestly, the third room had eyelashes and hair on the pillows -- and a roach crawling over the bathroom counter). Over the past 20 years, I haved stayed in 100s of hotels around the world. This is the second worst hotel I have stayed in. I guess that is what happens when a hotel loses it flag (previously this was a Holiday Inn) and operates by no brand standards. This hotel is gross by my standards. I would recommend paying the extra $30 a night to not have to share your room with pests and the remnants of previous guests. In a word...NASTY.

Room Tip: The best tip I can offer...stay someplace else (like across the street at the Holiday Inn) for $30 m...

This place was terrible! The website completely lies. We arrived with reservations for one hotel room with an additional Bedroom. The front desk left me waiting for over 10 minutes. We got to the room and the AC was broken. The floor was not vacuumed. The coffee pot was disgusting! We walked into the bathroom and there was pubic hair on the floor. Opened soap on the sink and a used razor! There was one bedroom and a pull out bed in the wall! It was dusty and the mattress was stuck in the wall. We tried to turn the kitchen light off and it wouldn't go off. It just flickered like something out of a murder movie. My father had to push the light in to get it to shut off. I called the front desk for them so clean and no one ever showed up!!! This place is disgusting! Families were living in their rooms and there were no Americans. Never again!!!!

I stayed in this hotel with my family the last two weeks of July, from this year (2012). The staff from the front desk and the maids were very kind and helpful.
The first room that they gave me had the door wide open, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and the floor was all wet in the area located in front of the sink and bathroom.
They managment gave me a second room, in this second room the air conditioner was working but the mattresses were very uncomfortable.
