“So much more than golf!”

We paid the extra to play both courses, we came back another day for the second. The courses are a lot of fun. They also give you a treasure map to find lost articles on the trail and you are given bonus coupons if you find them. My granddaughter enjoyed feeding the koi fish and you can feed the gators with hot dogs on a fishing pole. You can also hold a gator, ride in flamingo boats, eat ice cream, and gem stone mining all without playing golf. So stop by and see for yourself!!!! The staff in extremely friendly -nice job ladies

I didn't even want to go in the first place because I hate mini-golf but I went for the sake of my friends and ended up loving it! The place lets you hold live alligators and feed them and the course has unique challenges at each stop to spice up the usual game. At the end of the game we got a scratch off card for discounts or free golf for next time...too bad we didn't live in Orlando to be able to use them again!

It was a great mini golf course that the kids loved. It was very close to our hotel but not walking distance. We would recommend.

“Makes for a nice evening activity”
Reviewed March 23, 2013

If you're staying in Kissimmee, which I recommend you do (especially around the 192 and 535), then this mini golf is one of several in the area. It's conveniently located on the 192 where there are plenty of restaurants and hotels as well as gift shops so I also recommend you go after dinner, not just for convenience but because it will be a little cooler and not so sunny.

Congo River Golf offers two 18 hole mini golf courses as well as the opportunity to feed little alligators. I think it was $5 to get some gator chow (which looked like a sliced up hot dog) and a pole with string and something to secure the food on to. You lower the food down above a gator's nose and they will eat it. Target the gators in the water as the ones on land are usually sleeping. It was fun and worth the small expense.

Overall, the mini golf was challenging but easy enough to make it fun. There were a variety of obstacles and challenges as well as scavenger hunt to do. The course was very clean and well kept with lots of fun decorations. It's a fun way to spend an evening.

Tip#1: There are a couple holes where you can choose to play the ball in to a cascading stream of water. Often the ball gets stuck at the point where the water goes down a drain and the ball is supposed to continue back on to the course. This point is under "rock" and may not be reachable by hand/club if the ball gets stuck. Look for a piece of the "rock" that can be removed to reveal where the balls are stuck. We had two of our balls get stuck and this took us a moment to figure out as we were confused why it would so easily get stuck and the balls seemingly lost.

Tip#2: Check for coupons. We found $1 admission coupons as well as reduced cost for gator food.

“Fun Place for the Entire Family”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

You won't find a nicer mini golf course anywhere. The course is interesting and mildly challenging. Everyone will have a good time trying to determine which holes certain items can be found on. It is well maintained and clean. Kids of all ages will enjoy feeding the live alligators. The arcade is enjoyable for the kids in your party. If you enjoy playing mini golf, you will love this place.
