Food so-so, but GREAT entertainment and FUN waitstaff. We went there with a group. The buffet was all you can eat, but food was only so-so. Your mug shot was taken as soon as you walked in and entertainers started "entertaining" you. They were in character of 1920s Speak Easy, gangsters and their dolls as was all the waiters. Our waiter was very quick witted and no matter what you said to him, he had a fast and snappy comeback. At one point, I handed my camera to one of our friends to take a picture of my husband & me. He said, you are going to love this picture. When I looked at it, our waiter had come up behind us and was holding a "gun" above my head. One the show started, it was non stop laughing. They really put on a great show. And the price was right, $30 per person (we had a 1/2 off coupon). Everyone in our group of loved this and would recommend to anyone.

This is our second time here. We came here once before about 3 years ago. Had a surprise trip planned for my parents 25th anniversary and of course had Capone's planned. My dad was SOOO excited for this he looked forward to it all week. It was a blast. Mickey was our waiter and was amazing and great!! Had a blast. Now whenever we go to Florida we know Capones will be on our list of things to do. The show was great and they gave a special song to my parents Jerry and Rose for their anniversary. They involved the audience a lot in the show it was a blast!!! And the reviews about the food being nasty or non tasting TOTALLY WRONG!! The food was delicious!!! The turkey is amazing and stuffing was great. I wasn't too crazy about the cake at the end but it was still good and moist. OVERALL the show is great the food is great!! Its a great show and we WILL go again. Thank you for all the fun and great memories!!

Always looking for something different to do for birthdays... I did check the reviews on trip advisor so decided to give it a shot! So glad we did.. Employees are in character the whole time, you can tell they really enjoy what they do... Really cute when you first get there after you pay they give u receipt with a password on it which u use to get into the "secret room" then you line up for a mug shot, from there you are escorted to your table, Introduced to your waiter he/she brings your drinks, meanwhile you can start hitting the buffet which had nice selection nothing major but decent.. Loved the meatballs, lasagna, homemade mashed potatoes, now I do have to agree with another reviewer the Mac & cheese was very blan but for the price all the other food was good... Then after you stuff yourself it's about time for the show to start, it opens up with the introduction of the cast, opening song, next they wish all the birthday folks a happy birthday/ happy anniversary then the show begins... There is really no story line just alot of silly fun! They do get the audience involved in some of the skits which really makes it more comical. You can tell that it's not rehearsed because the actors make each other laugh with some of the off the wall comedy. I have to say my daughters and myself really had a great time.

My 15 year old son and I were looking for some fun after finishing the business portion of our trip to Kissimmee, Florida. After searching the local options, we were pleased to find a venue that offered a very affordable price by mentioning their internet special. We arrived early and took advantage of the Hideaway lounge, where we purchased a couple fadoras and dawned our best Italian accents to make the most of the evening. The staff we all very quick to interact with us and make our night fun.

Upon being seated, we met our server Sonny who made us feel right at home. The buffet dinner offered several wonderfully prepared selections to include fantastic lasanga, italian sausage & peppers, roast beef, potatos, gravy, mac & cheese, pizza, ham, turkey, chicken nuggets, and several others. Alcoholic beverages (21+) and soda were ALSO INCLUDED!!!! We ate until we were miserable.

The show itself was wonderful with top notch acting and interaction with the audience. Singing, dancing, and a fantastic story ;line p[laced us all back in old 1930's Chicago instantly. Audience participation was welcomed and the gift shop offered affoirdable rememberanbces of our experience to include a fantastic picture package at reasonable prices.

Bottom ;line: if you enjoy performing arts, good food, good drinks and giood times... make sure you include Capone's Dinner Theatre to you Kissimmee, Florida destination list. You will not be disappointed! Thanks!

With so many people attending a show like Capone's, your bound to have opinions that stretch the gamut of thoughts and ideas. When I read someone saying that it was the best thing they've ever done or the worst, you really have to take it with a grain of salt.

Overall, having visited Capones on a family visit, we knew ahead of time, that this type of show is really about the people doing it. You're not going to get five star cuisine but it isn't dog food either.

The characters were fun to interract with and those that were REALLY into character made it a great time for us and everyone else, especially at the card table! Nice job Antonio! We had a great time because these folks made it fun for us.

The show is cute, and having to address a huge range of ages, was done pretty well considering we're living in an age of instant electric graification and special effects.

The food was okay, an average buffet of home style foods like lasagna, turkey and stuffing. One thing that does seem to be a recurring theme from many, many reviewers is that the alcoholic beverages are sub-par. We found this to be true too, plenty of refills, just not very good. Lots of food though and you won't go hungry!

We arrived early and found the poker tables and played cards with a dealer, Antonio, who was funny and engaging. Our server, Mickey, doled out a bunch of funny one-liners in his best accent (Knuckles, the server who helped Mickey, was nice and polite, but his job was more to be serving rather than egaging us in character). The story lines of the show were corny and expected, which made it light and entertaining.

We had balcony seats so our view to the stage was really good. I would definitely recommend this dinner show. Just keep your expectations reasonable; after all, they've been doing this for a long time, and they're still here!
