We ended up sitting at the bar to save on the wait time. The bar tender and staff were very nice to all, but over extended as far as what they had to do. For example, the bartender was making all the drinks for the establishment and was waiting/serving numerous tables in the bar and other sections as well. All in all, the food was good.... But waiting around was inconvenient. We have never been to one in this chain because they were always so packed.

We ate here last year and it was very good so decided to give it another try - a big mistake. It took a while to be seated, ages for the bread to arrive and the food Pepperoni Pizza and Chicken Cacciatore were no particularly pleasant - very salty. The server was very frinedly and kept apologising for our wait but I heard other tables complaining and discounts on the bill were given. Will not go back.

We had a great meal at macaronis in treasure island a few days before - great server great food so we were looking forward to a meal here in kissimmee
We should have seen the signs when we arrived and the place was empty but it took a long time for us to be seated .
Service was very slow and the meals were not up to the usual standard - over cooked and fatty chicken !!
When we tried to order sweets we were told the cheesecake was still frozen and then the chocolate cake had all gone !! We left without ordering any thing
We didn't get offered the 1/2 price wine offer at all and we just felt the place was understaffed and no one really cared at all which is a shame because we have had good meals there previously
I have tried to contact them to complain and my email will not send!! Perhaps they don't want any feedback !!

We spent two weeks last August, end of the month so it was a VERY slow time for the Disney parks (my kids start school after Labor Day, but many were already in school). We were out running a few errands in Kissimmee (we were staying at Marriott's Sabal Palms, but wanted to go out for a drive around) and came across this restaurant.
It was very early for dinner (maybe 4:00PM), but we were a little hungry, so figured on a little early dinner. Not surprising, the place was not busy. Okay, since it was an off hour, and the slowest time of the year pretty much for the area, we were the only ones there!
We have eaten many times at Macaroni Grill back home, and know it's usually pretty good (sometimes better, sometimes just "okay", but a decent inexpensive place with a good menu for everyone to find something).
We had appetizers of calamari and those little fried macaroni and cheese bites (those should be illegal - I mean frying macaroni and cheese? Just share - they're rich but actually very tasty). Both were great.
My daughter had a pizza (brought some back since it was too much for her, we're not huge eaters), my son had shrimp skewers, and I had eggplant. The food was all fresh and very good, and the service was great. They didn't bother us too much, but were always there to refill water, get me a glass of wine, etc.
We all enjoyed our food, and the service as well. If we had a similar dinner at a Disney resort or park, it would have cost three times as much (and probably not been as good).
I am definitely planning a dinner here next time we are in the area.
PS: my review is late in writing, but it was in August not October (the guide doesn't let you go back that far).
