We ate an early dinner at Sunset Sam's on the last night we stayed at the Gaylord Palms. Because this restaurant is located in an expensive resort, expect an expensive dinner. We were able to eat right on the "sailboat" and even though there is a bit of a fish smell in the air since we were so close to the "pond" that the sailboat sat on which had real fish swimming down below it, it was a nice atmosphere in which to dine. I had the fish and chips dinner and although the fish itself was good, the coating on the fish was not good at all and left a bad taste in my mouth. The fries were fries. We ate at Sunset Sam's for the atmosphere mainly and although it was a passable dinner, I probably would not go out of my way to dine there again. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and attentive to us.
