We stayed over one night and I noticed that we were placed in a room with smaller beds. The interior materials were cheap making the overall experience lackluster. The dining hall was staged as a food court. The whole experience was cheap at an expensive rate.
My daughter was playing with the safe and it locked on her (accessible to 3-4 year olds). At the time I thought she locked up loose change. We were up and running the next day and I completely forgot to double check with the hotel about its contents. I unpacked later realizing 2 books were in the safe. I called lost and found and they reported that there was nothing found in the room. I was surprised that it wasn't submitted to management, and then I realized they have such a huge turnover that they just don't care if your stay was decent or not. Don't expect warmth from the staff.More
