Stayed here before Christmas before heading to Miami area. This is a really nice hotel with beautiful rooms, spotless clean baths, heated pools, mini water park with water slides, and an indoors garden that includes an alligator pen. Really nice place for staying and enjoy what it has the offers besides the city. The downside is that it is really hard to navigate if you are here the first time, especially during the night time. It took us almost 45 minutes to find it after taking a wrong exit and another 45 minutes to get check in and received our luggage. Many nice restaurants are on the premise but breakfast place is limited to one coffee shop. Room service for breakfast makes sense unless you want just coffee and pastry.

Room Tip: Ask for king bed suite.

Went here for the ICE experience package. Gorgeous hotel! Room was average to me. Food was WAY over priced. Check in took almost one hour due to the line and limited staff at the front. Parking was a nightmare. So many cars doing valet and not enough staff. Probably will skip staying here next year.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff not so good. Booked straight with hotel. Told them we needed room for 5. 3 adults 2 kids under 8. Had to get large room and pay 30 for roll away. Show up at hotel nolarge room option get two rooms at 200 each or get an up grade suite with king size bed, sofa couch and two roll aways. Cheaper than two rooms. Loud room heard all noises from main hotel. First night heater at pool not on kids freezing and cranky. Try to go to dinner no place available opt for steakhouse take out to room. Good food over priced. Stood in line for breakfast at the coffee house for 45 minutes for bagels. Long story short it didn't seem like they were prepared for a full hotel this weekend

Room Tip: We will try again as a couple not a family

Ice show is good but $20 for parking really. Most of the people there agreed it was a rip off and I think the others didn't care because their company was probably paying the bill come on Marriott stop taking advantage of familys during the holidays.

This hotel was wonderful, and the staff was amazing. Johnny at the front desk was so nice and helpful, he was awesome!! The rooms were so nice and a great size. The Key West restaurant was wonderful along with the staff there. (I had the steak and it was so good) We loved the Christmas tree lighting at night. The property was so pretty at night with all the lights for Christmas. We really enjoyed our 3 day get away to this hotel. We will be back!! Thanks to all the staff for such a great stay.

ICE - Ok just a few suggestions if you see the ICE display. Dress Warm. You will need gloves and a scarf for your face. You will need to layer up on clothes as it is very cold in there and you will want to really take your time looking at all the ice displays. Other than that it was a great thing to go and see.

Room Tip: You will want a room with the atrium view. Amazing!!
