Having read several of the reviews on trip adviser, we decided to try Taste of Punjab for ourselves.
First impressions were as expected. Fairly average looking decor which could do with a bit of freshening up but, we had come to try the food.
We ordered Onion Bhaji starters which we very nice and all was looking good.
That was until things started to go downhill. The waiter came to collect the starter plates and to my shock tipped the knives and forks onto the table.
Moving on we waited for the main courses. The food was generally good but my Chicken Madras contained entirely non-breast meat and every piece had fat. Not what I would expect in a Curry and certainly not for 14.95 dollars.
Overall it was worth a try but would avoid in future.
