Nice clean house. Nice pool with sun until late, hot tub, games room with fast wifi and Netflix. Kids loved it. Good location for going to the parks. Loyalty was service minded and easy to work with.
Yes, there was missing a few things in the kitchen and the madresses are soon to be changed, but nothing that was really annoying. Will definitely recommend:-)

Awesome house in a great location. Easy to follow directions for access and how to work everything in the house. Having a private pool and hot tub is the best thing ever, we won't be able to stay at another place in Orlando if it doesn't have this. Two huge TV's in separate rooms so if part of your group wants to watch something else that is an option. All of the bedding was great except for the master bedroom. This was the only problem we had with the whole house. The master bedroom mattress was very stiff, it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. I hope they change this mattress by next year because I would love to stay in this house again!

Hollywood dreams is a lovely spacious home with a decent pool and hot tub. It's in an excellent location and just 20 mins from all the parks. Lovely facilities but not too well equipped, it lacked things like kitchen supplies, such as cooking utensils and cooking basics (no salt & pepper or oil etc). Not sure where the BBQ was either? It had totally bare cupboards & certainly not enough crockery which wasn't a big deal but previously we have been used to having a few items on arrival like bin bags and perhaps a few teabags on arrival. The pool wasn't cleaned in 3.5 weeks despite the 'weekly visit' promised but this wasn't too much of an issue, and the outside needed a good clean but all in all a lovely base & the staff were very helpful and quick to correct any problems etc. As this house only has 2 bathrooms, one of which is within the main bedroom, you wouldn't want to stay here with more than 5-6 people who all know each other very well, it's certainly not an 8-person house as you'd never sit together or get washed in time for the parks! Luckily we were a 5 and coped ok.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hollywood dreams especially the hot tub.have enjoyed working with loyalty homes for the last three years.

We enjoyed our stay at Hollywood Dreams, and love its location only miles from the Disney Parks. Loyalty Homes is a great management company to work with, and we appreciate the keyless entry code system they use.
