We stayed 1 night here, in order to get an early arrival at Magic Kingdom the next day.

We were in the motel block at the rear, rather than the tower block. The accommodation was OK - pretty dated, standard sort of motel room really, but it seemed reasonably clean and everything seemed to work. To be honest, for the price we paid ($42) I thought it was pretty reasonable.

From the hotel it is only just over 5 minutes to the Magic Kingdom car park entrance so very convenient. There seemed to be plenty of restaurants nearby - we had dinner in the Steak House next door which was alright, and breakfast at the IHOP over the road, so cannot comment on any of the dining options in the hotel.

Just home tonight from last night's stay, our 11th stay in the last three years. We always stay in 'the tower'. A large lobby with concierge desk, a rent-a-car desk, a gift shop, a full service sports bar/restaurant and very small morning "continental" bfast room. The property also offers two-story typical motel rooms with a large interior courtyard with large pool, shuffle board courts and a couple of pool tables. In truth, we've not eaten on property, but use the in room microwave oven and refrigerator. By the way, the ice machines have worked every stay on every floor we have stayed on. Animal Kingdom to hotel...10 minutes.

The room was poorly clean, old and outdated bathroom, unstable beds and worst of all unfriendly staff with hispanic guests. We had "free" breakfast and when we went had to pay for the buffet, free breakfast only includes toast, coffee or juice. I feel ashamed of how I was treated. They dont even know they mistreated a US Army Veteran. So bad...

Stayed here for 2 nites using a Kissimmee hotel coupon. It was an Ok hotel, not the best but not the worst i have ever stayed in. I opted to stay in the 7 story tower as opposed to the 2 story motel areas. The room was fairly clean, only a few stray hairs. The sink faucet was broken, the handle was very loose. A hit and miss affair to get water. The fridge did not cool sufficently, it would not freeze water bottles, even after 2 days. There are restaurants nearby so I didn't use the overpriced breakfast buffet available. I did get a coffee in the coffee shop for close to 3 dollars. They attempted to serve me instant from a Nescafe machine rather than brewed. To add insult to injury, it was coffee creamer in a plastic pop top. Not At That Price! After some discussion I was served Fresh Brewed from the restaurant adjoining. There is a night club on premises, but it closed tight at eleven o'clock. even with a crowd. There was no Hot Tub on premises, the pool was allegedly heated but it was too cool outside to use it. The internet was spotty at best, difficult to sign on to and weak. But...the bed was comfortable, i drove and parked at Disney in less than 15 minutes. Would I stay here again?? Probably not! Kissimmee has too much competition in October to really get so little value for your dollar. Summertime is another story but not now. I wish there was a category between poor and average because neither is accurate for this hotel. I give it a solid MEDIOCRE

Having stayed at the Ramada two years ago with some of our family, we re booked the same hotel on the seventh floor of the tower .The room was nice and cleanly decorated to a good standard, staff were friendly and helpful . 10 minutes to Hollywood studios, will rebook next year.

Room Tip: On the top floor 8 you might hear the air-conditioning fans cutting in and out. so this 6 or 7 floor are best. Asks for rooms facing Disney World where you can see the fireworks at night.
