Just stayed at this resort last week. Speed check-in, friendly. That lobby is very busy, they have tours, members and Disney tickets. Like I said it sure was hopping while we visited it.
We were in 6100 building on the 6th floor. We share a two bedroom lock-out, it worked great for us. The girls had the smaller lockout with a king size bed, and we had the bigger suite. Kitchen, living room and a great bedroom with an en suite with a huge bathtub, we could have sit four in this tub.
The resort is clean, well groomed, go towards the entrance and you have a restaurant, starbuck, and market store. the restaurant also has a nice outside patio that is also heated on cold days. They have transportation within the resort and transportation to Disney. They also have a several pools, gym, spa with specialty pricing for owners and anyone living there that week. I did not partake in the spas, but heard great reviews about it.
My only pet peeved, the elevators are slow, slow. Parking around our resort was short on space.
Our one bedroom, patio faced the pool and construction across the street, I am not sure what they are constructing but also know that they are to start construction a big water park within the resort.
The week we were there, there was loads of families and many kids throughout the resort. We were awaken on the last night, when a drove of teenagers partied, I would have loved to have security be more proactive. The party lasted t'ill 2:30 a.m., I would have loved to have security put a close to the party around midnight. I endured screams at the swimming pool, then at the suite, then having the party, that did not impress me much.
Swimming pool at 6100 was dirty and not very cleaned, but I do think it was because of the drove of kids, but then what I seen it was busy everywhere at the resort.
Comfortable beds, comfortable suite, our dishwasher was very old, and did not wash well, I did let them know, it needs replacing.
Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, suds for laundry, dishwashing suds, garbage bags, coffee pods. All very well stocked.
We took the tour and went for the sales pitch. the product is way too expensive, and I am sure many signed on the dotted line, not realizing that they had been pressured into signing. I found that they won't let you go, until they wear you out, We did not buy and I would not buy, as I don't believe this is the best way to spend your money.
Overall, an OK resort, too expensive if you buy into the timeshare.
Families, couples, friends or being solo, this place has something for everyone.
