When paying the kind of money we did to see the show we would expect better service. Our drinks were warm and only had a few ice cubes and the beer was warm too. The food wasnt even warm. The show was great but it was like the a/c wasnt even on. Just very disappointed.

Dear ThomasAm1983,

Thank you for taking the time to review our show and share your opinion. We take each and every review into consideration, as it helps us to continue working on creating the best experience possible, for our guests.

I see that your experience was not as enjoyable as it could have been due to the service that you experienced? You mentioned that your drinks were warm as well as the food?

Did you ask your server to replace your warm drinks with those that were cold? He/She would have gladly replaced your warm drinks as well as your cold meals, with other options, and ones that fit to your liking. I apologize that your service wasn't up to par due to the temperature of your meals and drinks. As our attraction is a dinner experience, we serve hundreds of guests per day. Our servers are trained to happily replace any meal or beverage upon request that isn't to the guests' liking.

If you would like to follow up with me further, please email Eileen@arabian-nights.com.

Thank you and have a great day! I hope that in the future you will give Arabian Nights a second chance.

“Great show, mediocre food”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

Took the family here mainly for my grandchild who was visiting with us. He was totally delighted, clapping almost the whole show. The building is a bit run down and in need of repair but adequate given this is a horse show. The horses and riders were fantastic. The acrobatics done were flawless and spectacular. The whole family enjoyed the show. The food on the other hand was not that great which was as we expected. Shop around for ticket prices and check whatever resort you are staying at for discounted tickets. The prices at the door are very steep.

“An overall good night”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

At these types of shows, you expect things to be a bit contrived and hokey. This one was actually pretty good - a decent story line that allowed the showcasing of some beautiful horses and their riders. And maybe that's what made it so good. The focus was on the horses and riders. The food was good, although the "Beef with Puff Pastry" was somewhat less than promised since the puff pastry seemed to have poofed off the plate (didn't realize that magic would be involved as well). The servers were really great and the extra for the premium drink package was worth it, assuming you like that sort of thing.

“not worth paying for”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

We thought we were getting a great deal when our resort offered us tickets for the show at only $20 for 4 of us, sounds great right! Well we were glad we only paid that, others paid much & much more than that! Nobody seemed to be very happy about it. The food was horrid, almost inedible: I had the roast beef was so salty couldn't eat it, my husband and son had pasta alfredo which had no flavor, just flour. Server was very abrupt almost rude. On the up side the horses were beautiful & the actual show was okay if a little slow at times, almost to the point of boring. Not very a exciting. Building needs to be updated and cleaned better.
