“Great breakfast spot”

The family visited this restaurant for breakfast (5/18/14). The staff was very nice and friendly. The eggs Benedict was very good. The $2.75 mimosas were also very good. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

“Great breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2014

Had breakfast here Saturday morning with the wife and kids. There was a small line to be seated in the tiki / patio area but it moved fast. The food and atmosphere were both very good and the server was friendly and good with the kids. The wife also had a mimosa too which she enjoyed. We plan to return on our next trip to Marathon.

“Walk out feeling like a stuffed pig! ”

This is a must try breakfast stop if you're staying in marathon! Great food for a great price. For 2 people, breakfast was $25- at Hawks Cay, that is the price for breakfast for 1 person. The servings are big and the staff are very accommodating!

We breakfasted only here during our stay.
Service could be a tad slow but more than compensated by great food and staff serving. They were a hoot.
Thoroughly recommend this place

“Kitchy Kinda Place w. Offbeat Decor & Decent Food, Slight Odor Outdoors Could Reduce Your Pleasure”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 5, 2014

The Stuffed Pig was recommended to us by the staff at Tranquility in Marathon and it was a solid recommendation. I had the Peach Pancakes with 2 eggs and 2 sausages for $8USD. Not a bad price and the pancakes and breakfast were a good basic tasting breakfast. The coffee, like many American restaurants, was a medium blend that is probably popular with many, but I find it weak and bland. I'm a strong, robust coffee kinda person so the coffee may not be a problem to others.

We ate at the outdoor section in the back of the restaurant and there were lots of stone crab traps piled in the yard next door so there was a wafting breeze of seaweed smell that wouldn't have been very pleasant if you had a hangover or planned to stay and enjoy a lingering meal. However, the indoors section was cool and pleasant and had no odor of crab traps so if you were at all concerned, indoors would be the best bet for you.

There was a varied and interesting selection of breakfast options and we went there for breakfast around lunch time so it is a great spot to grab a late breakfast. There is also a decent looking lunch menu, but we didn't order anything from the lunch menu. I would certainly go again.
