The ambience at this restaurant is great and we were seated immediately even though it was relatively busy the night we stopped in for dinner. The server was fantastic. He was very attentive and our meals came out quickly. The food, however, was a letdown. It was overpriced and the taste average at best. I had the conche ceviche, which cost about $14. It was intended as my main meal, but it was no more than store-bought chips with a fresh salsa with some small diced up conche. The serving size was extremely small and it was very bland. The local oysters (12/$10) was a good deal and they were tasty. My husband ordered a seafood linguine that was $22. It came out more like a soup and while some of the seafood in it he said was good, overall the pasta was lacking flavor. With tip we spent just over $100 (including our 2 kids' meals and drinks). We had other meals in the area that were cheaper and much better. We really enjoyed the vibe, view and service, but the food was a real disappointment and we left feeling like we wasted $100 bucks. If you are staying in Key Colony Beach, this is very close and you may have luck with other menu items. In hindsight, we wish we would gone with one of the KCB restaurants that had a long wait.
