We walked the 2 miles of the Old Seven Mile Bridge - 4 miles roundtrip - and it was one of the highlights of our trip to the Keys. We saw at least 10 loggerhead turtles make their way to the surface as they came up for air. One Southern Ray also jumped out of the water. There was lots of birdlife on the walk - pelicans, egrets, seagulls, terns. THere are also some resident green iguanas at the start of the walk. What a treasure to still have this old section of the seven mile bridge to be used as a walking or biking path. Don't miss it!
