contrary to what we had expected, this was a great find.
we were staying in the holiday inn express and didnt want to drive anywhere and so had to go to this restaurant, and we weren't expecting much.. a tourist trap at worst, and at best we expected an expensive array of bad food.. however....
1) the service was great .. we were sat outside directly on the "creek"
2) the menu was extensive and not badly priced
3) high chair was brought for our son quickly.
they even had an IPA on tap (indian pale ale).
I had the wedge salad.. which basically was a whole iceberg lettuce with very good blue cheese sauce, some tomatoes around the edges and crispy bacon. My wife had the water melon salad which was served with ruccola lettuce as well.. and this was also very tasty.
the only issue was the fact that we had to get somethign for our 1 year old son, and we got the french fries.. these were very heavily seasoned.. but they were also tasty.
the waitress was good, and had her area under control, she also knew the dishes, and how to explain them... and the check also came promptly.
all in all a place to recommend... it is hard to find as its directly behind the Holiday Inn, but if you do venture in here.. it is well worth it...
