Juicy, fresh fish, friendly down-home service, fish taco a bit soggy but the shrimp spring rolls were just perfect. Beware the deep-fried cheesecake!!! It's so awesome you'll wonder why you've never before experienced it!

I loved the atmosphere and food. I had the famous wonton nachos and they did not disappoint! We shared other fried goodies and everything was fresh and yummy. Relaxed casual and friendly staff!

Disappointed the Maui Ruben wasn't available the night we dined in after all we had heard about it. Tried yellow fin dinner but the fish was average at best. It was a romantic setting watching fish swim in the lighted lagoon but when the mosquitos came out during dinner it dampened our spirits. Fortunately our waiter allowed us to move inside the inclosed bar to finish our dinner.

We found the Island Grill while traveling through the Keys. After our first visit, we came back a second time it was so good. We had several different items and everything was delicious but you have to try the tuna nachos and the tuna roll, they are fantastic and a really unique dish that fits in so well for the keys. Add cold beer and a great view of the water and surrounding mangroves and you have a really great meal. I think we found a new favorite place when visiting. Please note- we saw several signs for "Island Grill", I think in Key Largo and also closer to Key West. Don't know if they are related but this review is for the one between Islamorada and Long Key.
