C'est Magnifique!! Being a devout Francophile, I just love having the opportunity to use some of my (not too great) second year French language studies! But enough about me - this is a charming little trip to France right here in the keys - yay!
Monsieur Bitton, the owner and chef, is handsomely and adorably French and has graced us with us presence and delicious delicacies. I gush. But really, it is a delight! You are greeted by a clean, colorful cooler full of amazing-looking gelato! Then you pass the quaint counter to the flakey array of pastries! Look up on the blackboard to see the cafe' choices! Your mouth starts watering when you peek at the sandwich menu! (Stella=prosciutto and Brie with arugula on a crusty fresh French baguette, served with a good-sized fresh salad).
Peruse a magazine from the collection neatly arranged on the wall at a crisp, clean table while you wait for your gourmet delights!
This little cafe is a wonderful treat for breakfast or lunch - don miss it when you're in the keys! Stop for lunch or get it to go if your on a road trip to Key West - it's a little over halfway there! And maybe pick up some pastries for an easy morning delight!
Note: A bit pricey! You won't be disappointed with your food - the quality is there. Just be prepared $$$
