It's places like this that I believe TripAdvisor was truly made for. A MUST for anyone traveling through the keys. Stop here then swoop over to Bass Pro Shop and that's a great afternoon! I've stopped a few times with my best friend when traveling to Key West. I've never had a better seafood meal than at Lazy Days. Try the Coconut Battered Mahimahi. Can't wait to return!

“It's worth the walk up the front stairs.”
Reviewed August 22, 2014 via mobile

We heard of this place during a lazy day at the Cheeca pool, from a British couple no less, who are probably used to unsatisfying food, but thought well enough to suggest this restaurant. After eating there, we're glad we listened. Expansive view of the ocean, plentiful portions, competent wait staff. Our seafood didn't taste as if it were ever frozen, and we took half our meals to go. Prices comparable to other local restaurants. The only negative, if one could call it that, was the walk up all those stairs...

“Delicious Fare!”

Great scenery, great food, can't wait to go back! We sat on the lower level and faced the ocean, watched the sun set. Service was very friendly and the menu provided many options.

“Wonderful Place”
Reviewed August 19, 2014 via mobile

This place! The food was amazing and the portions were huge. We couldn't believe how much food was on our plates. Oh, and the warm banana bread was out of this world. Our meal at Lazy Days was the best one we've had in the Keys. If you are passing through Islamorada this is where you want to eat. The place was clean, the atmosphere. They had everything, sun, view, white sandy beach by the ocean, live music, great food and service. We just left and I'm ready to go back for my next meal.
