If you are willing to pay $25-35 for your entree and $30 and up for agood bottle of wine, this is the right location on the water Oceanside MM 79.86 in Islamorada. Very good wait staff in the upstairs dining room for our two January 2013 visits. Fresh deliciously prepared local catch lionfish, hogfish, and more familiar fish names. Sauces are delicately balanced to compliment the seafood. Open air dining and evening music downstairs; bars on each floor. Be careful in the tight quarters parking lot with minimal light in some spots.

My wife and I were in Islamorada fishing for 5 days and nights. We asked many locals where is the best place to eat, Everybody said hands down Lazy Days. We ate their 4 nights, we went to the Green Turtle 1 night and wished we hadn't.

Everytime I eat here is great. Their creative twist of fresh fish is definitely tops. Not For Fast Food People Palates! One of my favorites is fresh yellowtail cooked with panko crumbs & 2nd is coconut batter. They have 4 or more sauces that may not be on the menu but they will happily accomodate. A few of my favorites are Lazyday style (key lime butter with chopped tomatoes), Port of Prince (coconut battered with swiss cheese & mango chutney), Islamarado Style etc.. Really great fresh food!

Good food, great prices! Nice easy walk from our hotel. We got excellent service from our waiter. Menu had very large selection. They served warm home made breads while we waited for our entrees. Thought the wine prices were very reasonable.

We stopped for lunch. Had to search for a hostess but eventually got table. Great view. Menu OK.
However I ordered a greak salad with no dressing - when it arrived it looked good - however half way through eating i found it sitting on a huge pile of stodgy potato salad covered in mayo - my most hated food choice. Told by server ' it always comes that way' - by then could not be bothered and just left it
No offer of refund
Would not go again
