I selected this property for two reasons: (1) excellent value for a property with a kitchenette, and (2) a central location in the Florida Keys for exploring various attractions. Our stay was fantastic. The suite was extremely spacious, the kitchen met our needs nicely, and everything was exquisitely clean. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and were always particularly nice to our young children. We loved the breakfast every morning—a nicely varied selection of items from day to day! The pool area is very pleasant, and the area along the ocean front is meticulously maintained and includes a children's area, hammocks, and beach chairs. You will have to watch younger kids around the ocean, as there is a sea wall rather than a zero-entry beach—but this is common in the Florida Keys as long, sandy beaches are rare. I highly recommend this place. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

Room Tip: Definitely try to get ocean view!

We stayed there several times in July and also had our wedding reception on their beach and loved everything about it.....location, customer service, rooms, landscaping, tiki bar and gift shop! I would highly recommend this Hampton and look forward to going back for another visit!!

Room Tip: Loved the oceanfront rooms, the view is gorgeous!! And they have a great little kitchen!

First off, the location of the hotel was terrific! The beach and pool had fantastic views. Our room had a nice view, but of the next hotel over's beach. The rooms were average, but very clean. We didn't get a suite, but it fit a family of four nicely. One disadvantage, our room did not come with a fridge. We had water and food we wanted to refrigerate.) The staff was happy to oblige to rounding us up a fridge, thankfully. We were overall happy with our stay, the breakfast was great, and we'd surely come back.

Nothing like finding a hidden gem in a Hampton Inn strategically located! Genuinely kind and helpful employees, comfortable rooms with the necessary amenities, staff that will happily bring additional requests to your room quickly. A price that will leave you feeling you got a great value! A beautiful white sandy beach with hammocks and lounge chairs where you can relax, or swim then enjoy Kayaks, Paddleboards...for rent. A nice Tiki lounge for a cocktail beside the giant size pool and ocean.

Suffice to say our group had 2 major problems at the outset of our stay, which would've ruined most vacations. While hotels are fully responsible for the property, unforseen things can arise. And it's refreshing to find somebody like Jessica, the front desk mgr, who's willing to carefully and quickly evaluate the situation and react with outstanding care and fairness. We've stayed a week in July the last 4 yrs. This is a great hotel. Fantastic location. A really good value, particularly the suites. Clean. Nice pool with awesome views of the Atlantic. To top it off, an in-house Outback Steakhouse that serves to the pool deck no less. But best of all, a very attentive staff that cares about the vacations of it's guests. Many thanks to Jessica, Nadia, Mark, and the whole staff.

I stay at Hamptons for work during the year, and they are sufficient for what I do.. but THIS Hampton Inn is special. Ocean front, cabana bar, pool, gift shop (not too pricey, either!)and Sea Monkeys dive shop right on the premises. Right on US 1... if you are looking to cash in some of those Hilton points for a vacation... this is a great spot. Not as crazy as Key West and yet far enough from the mainland to still seem like you are in a whole other country.
