Extremely nice hotel. It was clean, very friendly help and had a nice pool. They also had a really nice beach, good snorkeling just out from the hotel. Rooms were super clean, modern and comfortable. You can eat at the Outback Steakhouse right there, or walk 200 feet to the Lazy Days which was a really good dinner. Also a great continental breakfast in the morning, mini omelets etc. Cant say enough, when I go back to the Keys I will make this my base of operations.

We have always stay at this hotel while visiting the Keys. The rooms we have stay are two bedroom suite, very clean and accommodating. The staff, Dianna, Tia and Nadia helps us in the front desk, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Kara, the GM is awesome, she made feel welcome. The pool, and surrounding areas are imaculate clean. The kids love the cookies serve in the late afternoon and their complimentary breakfast is warm and ready early in the morning before heading out. Stay here August 17-19 two adults and two children.

Thank you once again for making our stay wonderful.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on our way to Key West earlier this week. None of us have ever been to this property before so this was our "trial" run. My wife found a great rate on hotels.com for $212 for a two bedroom suite! I was very, very impressed when we arrived. The suite over looked the pool, tiki bar, and ocean!!!!!! All of us were very happy. The only downfall was the poor service at the tiki bar. I will blame that on its operator, outback steakhouse. I am not a fan on that chain. The bartender seemed "bothered" by our drink orders. . .

Great place!!!

This hotel is great for spending a week in the Keys, The GM was really great and the staff was the best. our room over looked the pool area and beach. we had a great time here and would come back again and again. rooms very clean and large lots of room for all six of us. Beach was so inviting that we renewed our wedding vows on the beach at sunset. GREAT, GREAT HOTEL!!

We had per booked a standard queen room and asked if any chance to pay to upgrade to an Ocean front room when we checked in, we were very lucky and paid a small amount to have an Ocean view room on the top floor.
Room 515 was enormous, it had a huge lounge area with a sofa bed, TV, full kitchen with table and chairs then a bathroom with bath a balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

The bedroom had 2 queen sized beds, TV, floor to ceiling patio windows that we didn't open, and another full sized bathroom with bath, amazing space, lots of cupboards and storage and a huge safe.

The reception area was clean all the time, pool towels are available here, there is a small pantry shop which has essentials and ice creams and cold drinks which you can charge to the room.

Parking is free and park yourself and you can use the luggage trolleys available. There is also a gift shop on the ground floor which is not expensive.

The pool is very large and very deep it was also not too hot, lots of pool loungers and a few umbrellas and some shade too.

There is a Tiki bar and restaurant on site, and also a watersports center on the waterfront.

Not really a beach to speak of, but white sand, palm trees, hammocks, loungers and a nice atmosphere, people were swimming in the sea but rocky and weedy.

Overall great stay here, really wish we had left Key West earlier and had another night in Islamorada.

Room Tip: To you arrive it's worth asking the cost upgrade to an Ocean front room, that is what we did. Ro...

we had a great stay with our family at this property. the pool is a lot of fun for the kids and looks right out onto the water. the beach is relaxing with wonderful views of the flats of islamorada with snorkeling right on site. the hammocks and playground and picnic tables made for a great day or evening for kids and adults!

the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. breakfast was really good and had loads of choices.

hotel is in a great location, walking distance from lazy days restaurant and about a mile from other fantastic waterfront dining.

the dive shop on site..sea monkeys...EXCELLENT.

the tiki-bar and outback on the property were a huge bonus as well!

highly recommend this hotel!

Decor is very appropriate for the keys. Facilities are in reasonable shape. Suites are roomy and clean. One shower did not work and there was only one pot in the kitchen. We did not cook anyways! Outback steakhouse attached to the hotel. Tikibar and Happy Hour out back. Closeby to lots of things. Nice docking area for boats under 30'.Summer fishing is great here and not too far from the hotel.
