When we visit Key West, we always stay at the Sabra María.
It’s very very cozy, has great service overall, suites are very clean and spacious.
Ray, afternoon / evening, front desk manager has great customer service skills.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone (couples, families, friends)

We recently stayed at Santa Maria Hotel a 2 bedroom villa, 1 couple and a side kick. The room was set up perfect. Separate rooms across the hall from each other, enough space that noise was not a problem. The time frame that we traveled it was unfortunately extremely cold.... 50's. So we did not get to take advantage of the pool, but it looked clean and nice! There is a happy hour by the pool, which was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean daily, even leaving little breakfast muffins which was a nice gesture. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice with updated appliances, seemed to have a lot of kitchen utensils to use for cooking. The hotel is in a nice location where there is not much noise coming from the road, just around the corner from the famous southern most point..a short walk to Duval St. and a lovely market across the street. The only complaints I would have is that the shower pressure was not the greatest and the price to stay is a bit much. But we absolutely would stay at this hotel again!

Friendly staff, very nice facilities including well kept, clean rooms and pool area. A hotel that goes above and beyond to do a little extra, muffins and icecream for free in the room, with daily refill, happy hour free wine for the adults by the pool and free drinks all day for the kids really add to create a friendly atmosphere. Add to that a perfect location in a nice neighbourhood with a very cool cuban cafe across the street, a short walk to Duval street, Southernmost point, Southernmost beach and the cafe there for lovely breakfasts, access to sunbeds on the beach and it makes for a perfect family holiday resort! The staff have been there for some time and shows real dedication.

I can’t say enough about Santa Maria Suites!! Friendly staff - amazing customer service and the rooms are beyond great. Fabulous kitchen facilities- stare of the Art appliances. Great location for staying in Key West - we will be back!!

Friendly, clean, and over-the-top helpful staff. The amenities are more than we expected. The maintenance man even lent us one of his tools so we could change the tail light in our car. Love that rental bikes are available right on the property, and the muffins, mini Dove bars and water are provided. Also love the toiletries, which were generously provided. The location is superb.
