Front desk staff ws exceptional with helpful information. This include 4 different staff members.
Pool area and bar were clean and welcoming.
Rooms felt very private even with close proximity to others.
Landscaping was lush and well maintained.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
I would definitely come back to the Santa Maria.

This is the third year we have vacationed in Key West and the best lodging experience. Although the weather did not cooperate, the facilities at Santa Maria Suites with the heated pools, happy hour, full kitchen with coffee and muffins, in suite laundry and access to the beach next door made up for it. The staff went out of their way to make the weekend fun. Will definitely stay there for our future trips.

Convenient to walk to Duval Street and all the local tourist attractions. Impeccably appointed accommodations and grounds. Poolside happy hour and morning muffins were a nice extra! Staff are super friendly. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to the Keys again.

Just returned from a first visit to Key West. Chose Santa Maria Suites because it seemed like the perfect setup for our family group (adult couple and a parent). Lovely from start to finish—comfortable rooms, well appointed, and impeccably kept. The only downer was the cold and rainy weather, which prevented us from enjoying the pool or beach. But I was favorably impressed with the resort and would recommend.
