I loved this place! We wanted a place to stay with 2 bedrooms and this was one of the few somewhat reasonably priced places to stay that didn't require a full week stay. It is at the opposite end of Duval St from all the activity which has both it's advantages and disadvantages. It's a nice quiet area but then you have to walk to everything. But since Duval St is slightly over a mile, the walk isn't too bad at all.
We had a 2 level suite with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Downstairs was a full kitchen and a living room.
The weather somewaht cooperated so we were able to spend some time at the pool. The complimentary smoothies were great. And sicne there was a slight wind, the shape of the hotel pretty much protected us. Yet there were also plenty of trees so in the heat of the summer, I assume that the trees can provide some shelter from the hot sun.
The Dove ice cream bars delivered daily to the room were a nice treat as were the muffins. But it would have been better if the flavor of the muffins changed occasionally rather than only offering blueberry.
OVerall, I woudl definitely go back again.
