This place was just what we were looking for in Key West. We were tired of the tourist packed restaurants serving up fried bar food, so we headed to Santiago's upon recommendation of some locals. Order a pitcher of sangria and enjoy a few tapas.

Tapas style but not Spanish. The variety of foods was great. We had pear and avocado salad, mozzarella and tomato salad with pita, stuffed dates, braised lamb chops and lamb patties. Each item was better then the next. The staff was great! The server would not let us order to much food which really helped. When in the Keys don't miss this restaurant.

We loved the atmosphere, food, and friendly staff. The food was Tapas style and we ordered four items to share. Oh, my goodness...where to begin. Our tastebuds were in a different orbit after trying the array of items. The braised short ribs ... the best! Don't miss out!

This tapas place ranked well on Trip Advisor so we left the kiddos with a sitter and tried it out. We were in Key West for a week, and ended up eating here twice- the only place we hit twice. Both times we ate at the bar, as space was limited and the place was packed each time. On our two trips, we sampled the Greek Salad, Blue Cheese Wedge, scallops, dates, beef tenderloin, spare ribs, saganaki, and some bruschetta. All of it was very good. In particular, the scallops (a special that night) and the dates were outstanding. The salads were both very good and huge- we split one on each visit. The place had a nice ambience with a bit more modern feel than most of the restaurants we visited. All in all, I'd highly recommend it. There was not a full bar- wine and craft beers available. Cost was no more than getting a plate of seafood and a drink at another restaurant.

If you want the real feel of Key West, dine at this restaurant. Casual and comfortable indoor or outdoor seating enhanced by a passing rooster or two. Tapas are absolutely delicious.
