We went to Santiago's on a Saturday night and with reservations we had to wait about 20-30 minutes. A little annoying but the place was hoppin. The variety of tapas we shared were outstanding. If you're a ceviche fan, don't miss the tuna and avocado ceviche. Huge chunks of tuna with equal amounts of avocado. Scrumptious. All the other plates we tried were just as good - though we ended up eating way too much. Know that they only serve beer and wine so enjoy your mixed drinks before heading to dinner.
