On a tip from a local, we dined at Santiago's for dinner on a recent trip to KW The wine list was impressive, and the menu was outstanding with a large variety of tapas, salads, and more. The waitress mentioned they've had the same menu for 9 years so everything is honed to perfection. The tapas servings were larger than we were used to, so we probably over-ordered, but everything was delicious. We went without reservations, and our table wasn't the best -- RIGHT next to the swinging door in/out of the kitchen, and there was a loud group in the same (small) room. Next time we'll go hungrier, and we'll call ahead for reservations and ask for outdoor seating!
