Generally dirty, tatty and seedy. Also an abundance of old men, which isn't much good if you're young. Relatively well located and certainly on the cheaper end as KW hotel prices go, but lacking class and style. Not going back. More

We apologize your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys their time on property with no issues. I am generally here every day, and did not hear of any issues. We would have addressed any of your concerns immediately. Jason B., General Manager
Rooms and accommodations were nice. Nice breakfast on the deck in the morning. However the music can be heard on most of the property until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper or like to hit the sack early, this may not be for you.
Went to Key West, first time visitor. Amazing time. New Orleans house was great. Great spot. Great atmosphere. In the heart of key west. Great room. And view. Clean. Mike was great as well as all the staff, including the housekeepers.
Has a great pool and night life. Only throw back is it is over a bar setting. If you are not into lots of music and night life it may not be for you.
Certain nights are more intense then others. I was there Thursday thru Monday. Was a great vibe. You can enjoy going out and doing things or just relax. It was amazing. Thanks to everyone there for such a great time. Key West certainly is a great place as well. Great food and bars and all the locals are so friendly. Great weekend getaway!
I was back at New Orleans House in June. As always, this place just keeps getting better and better
Was in Room 11B June 13-June 22.
From check in to check out, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and fun.
Thank you, all
We stayed at the New Orleans House last yr for the first time and wanted to go back this year. Last year we meet Mike and let me tell you, he is a sweet heart. On top of calling, he emails you back. Sadly we found out Mike we be leaving this year. In my opinion this will be a lost to the resort. The only other thing to note, the New Orleans House was unwilling to work with us this year for a group rate of multiple rooms. Last year we booked 8 rooms for them during their slowest season (July). I talked with Mike about this and he felt they could work with our group. He put us to the manager, but they never returned calls/emails. With a few more emails/calls to Mike who tried to help unsuccessfully, our 10 plus rooms we wanted to rent dropped to 5. I found it hard to believe they wouldn't work with us. Due to this, we wont be back next year. There are other resorts that actually value your business.
Our first time to this place...we were pleasantly welcomed by Mike. He checked us in and gave us a tour. We enjoyed our room and the great customer service. The cook made us some great sandwiches too. We met a bunch of great people. Really nice place to get your party on, relax and meet people.
