I'm picky about Chinese food, but was told to order here. So, I did. I got the sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice. It was all pretty good except they forgot the sweet and sour sauce! Isn't that the point of ordering that menu item? At least the delivery driver was pleasant. Not sure if I will try again.

We moved here back in December and have gotten takeout from Tong's about 4 times now. Every time the food has been prepared perfectly and the price is just fine for Key West. From the crab rangoon to the general tsao's chicken, the food is excellent, fresh, and huge portions.

It's a GOOD restaurant that i ever had, i can tell they have a bad service, it's cause they an't American they are not from here, what if you went to a america restaurant in the plane they were born, you wouldn't understand them.

I dont understand why the negative feedback on this place. The family that runs this place are very polite people. I have been going there for many years. This is the only place in Key West that have very good chinese food. They do tend to cook it mildly for the people demand it but if you ask them to make it spicier they do. Since most of the reviews are old, this place needs to be revisited.

It's sucks that, in this economy, you could care less about customers that have given you $90 a month in business since you have opened.....let's see how that works for you in the long run.
