My fiancé and I ate here on our last night in Key West. We were seated outside overlooking the harbor, which was great for us because we enjoyed listening and watching the locals go about their business. However the couple next to us complained about the ship docked below us that playing Aerosmith. *Please understand that the restaurant does play classy music but if you're seated outside you may hear music from the ships below.*
We started off with an appetizer of Florida lobster, escargot, and mushrooms, baked in a puff pastry and cream sauce. It was so delicious we contemplated ordering several more for dinner. I had the lobster thermidor, and he had the hogfish special. Both were excellent meals. The mixed drinks were very tasty and reasonably priced and this was the first restaurant where we ordered dessert. We had the tropical fruit sorbet and it was the perfect finish to a great dining experience. If you're not afraid of spending money on a meal, this is the place to go.
