My parents turned me on to this place YEARS ago. I have had the pleasure of staying here on several occasions. Each time is excellent. I enjoy the individual decor of each room. A mix of modern and old blended perfectly. The staff is always nice and housekeeping does an amazing job. The know details to make the guest feel special. I will never stay anywhere else when in the Keys

Room Tip: i will keep that to me

We really enjoyed our stay in the anthurium suite. It is such a charming little place with nice rooms, sweet kitties running around and secret garden-type landscaping to complete the feel. The light breakfast every morning was nice although I wish they had the heavier items (bagels & French toast) out by 8:00 instead of 8:30 so we could really start our day. It is a great location...very close to everything but tucked away enough that it feels like a hideaway. The only bummer about it was the last night we were there a new group had checked-in into the adjacent room and were quite the ramblin kind. They were up late and we could really hear everything through the walls and it made falling asleep for our flight the next morning a little tough. I do have to say that everyone who works at the Simonton were incredible kind and gracious. That goes such a long way and is truly appreciate by these guests. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend anyone else to as well. Cheers!

A little pricey, but Nice staff and clean. Walkways are covered in plants and flowers, pools are nice but not huge. Parking was extra and in a dusty alleyway out the back entrance. Stumbling distance 1/2 block from duval. Had a room (Marigold?) with nice private deck, the best part of all! Usual light breakfast fare. If you have a few extra bucks to spend, this is the B&B for you!!! If the room was $180 instead of $260 I would be here every month!

Room Tip: The private decks make it worthwhile - Marigold and Orange Blossom rule!

My husband and I spent a few nights at Simonton Court, it was a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. The rooms are not luxurious but very clean and " comfy". It is only one block from Duval St. so you are not far from shops restaurants etc.
They have breakfast included, which is served by one of the pools on the property, it was OK but they could vary it a little, not have the same bagels, muffins and pastries every day. Overall though a great experience for the price.

The haliconia cottage was perfect for our stay. The pools (we had to try all 4) were fabulous. The staff were amazing.. friendly and knowledgeable with tips for activities and places to eat. Breakfast was included poolside and was a great way to start the day. All this in a secluded garden with a great history and we were only ONE block from Duval. If you want to be close to all the action and still be able to get away for some quiet time, this is the perfect place! I won't stay anyplace else when I return to Key West.

Such a wonderful stay. The room has all the amenities and comforts. New snow white bed and bath linens. Hospitable and responsive staff. Beautiful and comfortable inn layout. Delicious fresh continental breakfast served comfortably in the garden. Worth the trip to Key West

Went to Key West very spontaniously and therefore didn't book any accomodation in advance. When we stopped at the Tourist Information to gather some infos about the town, they recommended us this place, plus offered a discount on the stay. As we didn't feel like looking around ourselves,we thought to give it a try and we couldn't have been happier! The property is located very close to Duval, yet calm and peaseful and very nice landscaped. Beautiful tropical garden, including several smaller pools, gorgious rooms and very friendly staff. The included breakfast, served outside, right next to one of the pools is a big plus too! We stayed only 2 nights but will definitely try to come back and stay much longer!!!
