Andrews Inn is located off of Duval street which makes it very quiet and quaint. The room we stayed in had a balcony which overlooked the Hemingway House. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The outside tables were set for you to enjoy your breakfast in the garden by the pool. There were also mimosas available every morning. The room was spotless with a nice size bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in February 2013 in Pamplona and had a wonderful time! Everyone was so friendly and eager to help, from giving suggestions on where to eat or calling a taxi for us! This was our first trip to Key West and we plan on returning and when we do Andrew's Inn will be where we stay. The property is just off of Duval street which was nice being walking distance from just all of the shops, restraunts and bars, but you would never know how close it was because Andrew's Inn was so quiet and relaxing. The happy hour and breakfast by the pool was nice and a good way to meet the other guests. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I thought it was a unique touch having the guest book to write in and read what the other people that had stayed in the room had written! As vacations do, it went by to quick! Can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: Pamplona was nice having a private balcony and having a veiw of Hemmingway's backyard! It was al...

I had been to Key West three times before and this is my favorite! I was pleasantly surprised with Andrews Inn! I actually love it. We stayed in the Treetop Room which was so nice and private with your own jacuzzi and kitchenette , It is located in a perfect location off of Duval so you have access to everything yet privacy. ( walking distance to everything.) The room was always clean and Lisa who works there was very helpful. I highly recommend this place and of course Key West

We've stayed here a couple of times already and will keep coming back. This place is on the Duval strip but hidden enough to get a restful night of sleep. Very friendly staff and so were the cats that were chilling in the premises. The property is also right behind the Hemingway house. We stayed at the Malaga room with queen size bed, sofabed and private patio where you can glance at the Hemingway house. We booked through their website and got lucky cause the rate was only $150 considering how well maintained and excellent location. Office is open from 9am-6pm so try to get there early if not, they will leave the key for you with instructions. Our room is clean and spacious enough. Bathroom has modern amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and looking forward come back again and again in the near future. Few tips:

1) Entrance is through an alley but do not be discouraged. Again, its kinda hidden but you are in for treat once you enter the premises.
2) Property has small parking area so try to get there early and leave your car for the rest of your stay cause Duval strip is a few steps away.
3) If there's more than 2 in your party, book the Malaga because it has private porch & pull out couch (maybe suitable for couple kids or 1 adult). The Roma & Pamplona rooms also have private porches but no pullout sofa.

Only got to stay 2 nights in the Paris room. It was so fresh and clean. We were so close to the busy fun and crazy Duval street but once we were in the room it was very quite. We loved every bit of our stay. From our arrival greeting to the happy hour by the pool.

We spent 3 nights in the Roma room, at the beginning of January, 2013. It was absolutely lovely. The room was fresh and clean. You got the feeling that you were in your own little bungalow. The owners, and the staff were very accommodating. They made sure that we were well taken care of. The day before our departure, we asked if there were any laundry facilities. They allowed us to use their washer and dryer, provided detergent, and all for no charge. Every morning we were provided with a nice "continental" breakfast. Just enough to get us started for the day. Every evening they offered cocktail hour, which was very cool. We aren't big drinkers, but the concept was fun, and we enjoyed it, very much. We parked our car for the weekend, and walked every where. Even if you aren't big walkers, nothing is so far away, or so hard to get to, that was too difficult.
This is an intimate experience. You will hear others outside you window, who are around the pool. But, this is not a party hotel. Things became very quiet by 11:00PM, and remained so until after 8:00AM. If you need to know where to eat, or be entertained, just ask the owner.
If we ever get back to Key West, we would happily stay at Andrew's Inn

Room Tip: Really didn't see any rooms that would be bad.

I stayed in the Mango Hideaway, which is part of the cottage around the corner from the main Inn and the craziness of Duval Street. The separate entrance and enclosed deck give the Hideaway a surprising degree of privacy, especially considering that it's a stone's throw from Duval. The location made it just as easy to be in the mix as to get away from it, so I'd choose it again for that reason if nothing else. But there are also other reasons to stay there: the room was very well-kept, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is large (slightly dated in some ways, which seems to have bothered other reviewers but didn't faze me--I care more that it's kept clean, which it was). Andrews does a nice job with breakfast, given the regulations that limit what B&Bs can serve their guests. I went to the hotel's complimentary happy hour twice while I was there and found it more than adequate. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and unfailingly attentive, from my first phone call to my departure. I know Key West has many lodging choices, but it's hard to imagine that many offer a better combination of comfort, location and amenities (at this price point) than the Andrews.

Room Tip: The Mango Hideaway offers a lot of privacy for the location.
