For budget traveler campers who don't mind a long bike ride into Key West proper, Leo's isn't a bad choice. You can walk to Lazy Dog kayak rentals, ReCycle, and the Hurricane Hole marina or rent bikes from the campground. Otherwise, there's not much around. The tent sites are small, but sufficient, located on a small waterway which makes for nice fish and iguana watching. The ground is hard, but we got stakes in far enough to work. The only problem is the road noise from US 1, just a half-block away, that didn't die down until after 1 am.
