We ate dinner at Grunts after seeing the reviews on Tripadvisor. It's a little off the beaten path. We brought out 12 year old son who usually orders off the kids menu when we eat out (he's a chicken finger and fries kind of kid most of the time). Luckily it wasn't raining when we arrived, because most of the seating is outside and no children are allowed inside. We ordered an appetizer, that I can't recall what they called it, but it was basically a bruschetta type of thing, tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and balsamic vinegar served with bread. It wasn't anything to write home about. They really didn't have a kids menu, but we were told our son could have Mac & cheese, grilled chicken, or a third choice that I can't recall. No none of those things sounded good to him, so he ordered the smoked baby back ribs that were served with veggies and mashed potatoes. The ribs were just ok and the potatoes were cold. My husband ordered the special which was fish with rice with a tomato cream sauce and veggies. He liked it quite a bit. I ordered the entree portion of lobster Mac & cheese and ate my sons veggies. The lobster Mac & cheese was excellent! We also had their sangria to drink. It was good. They billed our bar tab and food tab separately, which I thought odd. The total was $114. I thought it was good, but not that good. The service was excellent though.
