Description: We are now known as Key Lime Pie Bakery, previously the Key Lime Republic in the Conch Republic and the Coconut FACTORY, formally Key Lime Pie Factory. We do so much more than pie and with everyone confusing the name, why not say who we really are? A WORLD OF KEY LIME. Our state of the art, spectacular kitchen is ON site in full view, our bragging rights if you will. Come in and sit down, enjoy a con leche, an espresso with a slice of key lime pie, coconut creme pie, a slice of coconut on the bottom and key lime on top or pie bar dipped in chocolate on a stick. We encourage you to visit our location and see why we are worlds apart from the rest. Our friendly staff will help you choose which pie to taste. And while you're at it, pick up a few souvenirs, we have plenty to chose from. Thank you for continuing to support us through ten years of growing and changing to make our place the best it can be. Thank you!

“Worth a try!”

Their Key Lime Pie is quite good but when you read the ingredients, it is not very natural... They also have gifts of all kind and various key lime items.

“Cute shop with key lime gifts but the pie sucks”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

The Key lime pie had a weird toxic green color and had a whipped consistency rather than the smooth, creamy custardly like texture expected. It had a bit of a chemical taste as well. Served with small dollops of whipped cream. I'd go for Kermits Key lime pie or especially Blue Haven (with its meringue and unfortunate $9 price) are far better. On the positive side, the shop has a wonderful and eclectic assortment of key lime related gifts both edible and not. Its next to a cool kite/flag shop.

“can't leave without trying these!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2012

Of course, no one's leave the Key's without trying a piece of Key lime Pie. Too main touristic restaurant are offering it, Kermit's and Key Lime Pie Factory. I've preffered the one from the Kermit's (more thick and rich) but my friends preferred the more fluffy one at Key Lime Pie Factory. So try both!
