We just returned from our visit to the KWHI. We have stayed here at least 10 times and would not stay anywhere else in KW. This time the ground were decorated for Christmas and it was so beautiful. The location in convienent to the best spots in KW. The only downside to parking that is a challenge anywhere on the Island, but truthfully you don't really need to have a car since everything is either walking distance or a quick bicycle ride away.

Great breakfast every morning and Happy hour by the pool every afternoon. We love mingling with the other guest. We have gotten good ideas of things to do and places to eat in the area from these gathering.

The staff in awesome. Everyone is so friendly from the housekeeping staff to the awesome manager Tracy. I don't know what motivated Pam M to make a personal attack of her, but we have never seen her show anything but respect for her staff and guest. They truely made your visit that much more enjoyable and makes us want to come back every year.

BTW - Nice finally meeting you Loenardo.

Room Tip: All the rooms are nice. We have stayed in all the pool house rooms. Our favorite room is Cuba. ni...

Love staying here. This was the third time, and a different room each time. Loved the Barbados Room, and have booked it again next year for MOTM. Beds are super comfy, the grounds are beautiful, quiet, peaceful. Tracy and her staff are wonderful. Its great to have breakfast before hitting the town, and happy hour in the late afternoon. You are within walking distance of everything. I won't stay anywhere else in KW.

The Harbor Inn has a lot to offer: generous-sized rooms (by Key West stds), high quality bedding, attractive landscaping, an extremely pleasant staff, bikes available for rent on the property. The happy hour is a nice perk, and the continental breakfast is quite good: lots of fresh fruit and pastries, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast, etc. The location is almost ideal: near the north end of Duval St. and Mallory Square but not on top of them, a few blocks to the boat docks in the other direction. And Garbo's Grill (Key West's #1 taco wagon) literally right around the corner. (Coffee was a bit weak, but we made a run to the Cuban Coffee Queen wagon each morning--2 blocks away). We understand why the KWHI has so many repeat customers--we'll be back, too.

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms in the pool house (Trinidad and Tobago) probably catch a bit more noise from the open...

As innkeepers, we know how to recognize pride of ownership and attention to detail. This inn has it all -- lovely setting, very clean & fresh rooms, and an extremely dedicated and helpful manager (Tracy). Breakfast was fresh and well presented. The location was wonderful and quiet. Mattresses were comfortable. The staff obviously enjoyed their surroundings and were always pleasant and smiling. We will definitely choose this inn on our next Key West visit. Well done, Tracy & staff!

This was our 5th year staying at the Key West Harbor Inn. Tracy always takes a personal interest in making sure everyone is taken care of and has a great time. We feel like she's part of the family now. The location is perfect for being able to walk to everything. They even have bikes to rent, breakfast in the morning, and happy hour in the afternoon. We're already booked for next year.

Room Tip: We always stay in the Tobago room.
