Wow! Where do I start? Brandon was very friendly and even humored us when I set the pool alarm off by mistake and also locked us out of room. He came to our rescue with a smile. Kim was very knowledgable about food options, how the trolley and train worked and provided coupons and placed a dinner reservation for us. The staff there really is there to make sure that you are taken care of....so cheers to both of you.
This room and the grounds are impeccably taken care of and the housekeeping staff always said good morning to you.
I did a lot of research on finding the perfect place. Well, anyone who is reading this....look no further. This is the perfect location, the most comfy beds and close to all the action but quiet enough to sleep when you return back.
This is the first time I have said to my husband that I would return to this hotel because it was that awesome.
Thank you,
The Dellman's

I have to say everything from the location, to the pool and bar service, cleaning staff and attention to detail (comped champagne & favors on NYE) was sublime! I never write reviews, but this place was incredible!

My only gripe (and I am being nit-picky here) is that you can hear rowdier guests coming in and out from in the hotel room.

Why is this so good? The staff - Kim, Brandon and Amy in particular make you feel so welcome. nothing is too much trouble. The property itself is just 24 rooms, some set round the small pool and hot tub, the others face the drive in or the car park at the back. Rooms are compact but very comfortable, the beds deep, large and firm. There is a decent wardrobe, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and quiet air con. The bathroom is a good size with large shower area, fluffy towels and pleasant products. And that unusual thing, a make-up mirror in the light! Breakfast is a continental style buffet, served in the bar and either taken round the pool or in the room. Cereals, juice, fresh fruit, pastries, english muffins, toast, teas and coffees. There are free glasses of wine or beer in the evening till 7 and discounted cocktails. And you're midway down Duval Street, round the corner from Hemingway's House and a 15 minute stroll to downtown. But there are lots of good places to eat nearby and you're away from the crowds. Overall highly recommended but not cheap.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the pool.

Found this place years ago right after it was remodeled. Have been staying yearly ever since. Rooms are gorgeous, very Key West. The bar is great, awsome happy hour. Great breakfast in the morning as well. Perfect location (although noy by the water) Cannot not say enough about Brandon. He is the best and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Looking forward to going back soon!

We loved this hotel and staff. There isn't anything they aren't willing to assist you with. The service staff of Trudy, Brandon, and Kim were so accommodating and helpful. The room, breakfast and bar staff were friendly and fabulous and the maintenance of the property was impeccable. We loved our stay and will be back. Thank you for an awesome birthday week!!!!!

Our last visit was pretty special, after 21 years together we were renewing our wedding vows in Key West at Ft Zachary Taylor. We actually stayed here on two different nights that week. The evening desk clerk Brandon went way out of his way to make the stay unforgettable! We couldn't help but notice that he treated every guest as family. He actually brought my bride champagne while she was getting ready for the ceremony. The rooms were very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The property is small, intimate, very reminiscent of old Key West, complete with plenty of neon lighting. The grounds were very well manicured and lush tropical vegetation abounds. The bar is very small, but oh so much fun, it was as if everyone in there were friends. The pool and hot tub are certainly bonuses as well. The morning continental breakfast was nice add on. We certainly plan on staying here again in the near future.

Room Tip: Poolside is the place to be!

It’s hard to know what to praise most highly at this fantastic little Inn. The location, on the quieter but not dull end of Duval Street, couldn’t be bettered. The attractions of Key West are a short walk away and even the Conch Tour stop is right opposite.

Then there are the facilities which the photographs really don’t do justice. The pool area with its tropical plants and palm trees and the sun terraces are a lot more spacious than they appear in the photos.

The cool contemporary décor of rooms and bathrooms are a delight. We loved the big walk in shower area and the upmarket toiletries. The best rooms surround the pool, but most rooms do anyway. But they’re still quiet and sleep quality at this Inn is superb.

As a host, Brandon on reception is at the top of his game. He clearly loves welcoming the weary and wary after their long drive down the Keys. It was great to be given Happy Hour passes for complimentary house wine or beer for each night of our stay. The little bar is gorgeous and there’s a great range of snacks and nibbles to go with the drinks. These include cheeses, crackers, a range of crisps, crudités and dips. It makes for a great start to an evening before setting out to eat nearby.

Breakfast is set out along the bar counter each day and then carried out to the pool area. Breakfast here is standout. It includes all the usual options most places provide but here there’s a truly awesome choice of breads and pastries as well. It’s the perfect start to the day.

As a guest experience this Inn can have few peers and sets the bar high for the competition.
Not surprising then it’s been a Travellers’ Choice Award Winner consistently since 2011.
The staff here do everything possible to ensure a great stay. They’ve earned the kudos.
It exceeded our expectations and is the only place we’d consider staying on future visits

Room Tip: Be sure to opt for the poolside rooms but these are the norm anyway.
