Great rooms and service in a convenient and quiet location. Easy access by bicycle--rented at the hotel--to all parts of Key West. Lovely pool in an intimate setting with a waterfall and Happy Hour with free drinks starting at 4pm each day. Can't think of anything missing, with the top- shelf restaurant, Azur right on the property adjacent to the hotel. We will return soon!

UH-MAZE-ING. It was my birthday. My 30th birthday. I had to go big or go home. And we went big and made it home...eventually. There was 14 of us that came down from all over the East Coast including Washington DC, SC, and most of us from Miami/Fort La area. We checked in at night and our group was something like "organzed chaos" and the staff were so friendly and calm. They were on Key West mode and we were not - yet. The pool area is amazing. So clean, so inviting, so friendly. The lobby is so welcoming half the time we just hung out there. We were the "welcoming committee" for the newcomers which I don't think the management liked so much but they were so kind that we felt like they were family. We got a bit loud at times as Key West enables you to do, but this place is not that type of place. It's subdued, quiet and a perfect place to get away from the loud obnoxious party scene (like us). We kept it down for the most part after the staff kindly reminded us that there are other guests so they do care about you! They care about all of us staying there! It was magical and I definitely recommend the Lofts and the Conch House. Superb. We had a BBQ on Saturday at the Conch House and played in our miniature private pool/Jacuzzi while relaxing away from the rest of the guests. It's a perfect walk from Duval street - not in the heart of the chaos and drunken debauchery but a 10-15 minute walk depending on how, er, happy you are. It's good to talk off dinner or your drinks on the way home... Anyways, THANK YOU EDEN HOUSE! You made my birthday the best one yet. We shall be back.

A truly beautiful hotel and garden. A peaceful escape in the middle of town. Approx 10 minutes walk to the city center.
The rooms was a bit small, but clean and ad good beds. And the pool area, and its sorroundings made this hotel one of my favourites. The only minus was a noisy aircondition.
Happy hour around the pool for 1 hour with free drinks was a very nice gesture, there was no breakfast, but 50 meters away was the old bakery, so no problem.
Lot of places to lay down, free towels, places both in the sun and in the shadow. There was benches , hammocks, sunbeds... Very, very nice..
The location is in a quiet street, so I dont think there is any problems with noise at all.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Eden House for our Honeymoon. I can't think of nicer place to stay. The pool area was absolutely beautiful. As mentioned in many reviews the room was small, but that's no reason to complain. If you go to Key West to stay in your room, maybe you should rethink your destination. The staff was excellent and very curtious. They recommended all the best places to eat and visit and were quick to fix any issues (our only problem was the remote control came unprogrammed and we couldn't get the tv to turn off in the morning). We will be staying here again!!!

Absolutely loved Eden House and all of it's style and amenities. Deep attention to details all the way around. Staff was really kind , helpful and thoughtful. Location was great to everything and was quite in the evenings so one could relax away from the volume of Duval St. etc. This was our first trip to the Keys and Eden House was a huge part of making it a perfect stay. Will definitely be back and rebook here . Alot of amazing places to stay, but found this had everything one could possibly need or ask for , so why look any further. Packages for any of the extras to do and see was wonderful. Sunset sails and snorkling with Floridays booking was awesome! The bikes and midnight bike rides on the back streets was a special treat...
Bigtime kudos Mr. Mike and staff of Eden House, ya'll really know how to do it right! Truly, thanks for making our first visit so remarkable!

Good location, 5 blocks from Duval St, 3 blocks from Docks, so easy walking to where you want to be, but in a quiet area. The pool and grounds were so nice, complimentary happy hour was really nice too. Will try to return!

Our stay was top-notch from start to finish! The staff were super friendly and laid back. Our room was lovely - funky, clean, quiet, roomy, romantic. Room 303 has a kitchenette, outside shower, very cool outside shower, front and back decks. It has the feel of a fancy treehouse. We will definitely return to Eden House on our next Key West foray!

Relax In Old Town Key West! The Eden House's first priority has been to maintain a clean inn, offer a comfortable bed, reasonable rates and have a staff that cares. Next comes the heated pool and Jacuzzi, hammocks, porch swings, waterfalls, sundeck, free off-street parking, café and lush gardens. We will have a cold drink for you at check-in and our daily complimentary 'happy hour' is poolside. Then at 10 PM we will dim the lights and let you get a good nights rest. Our night staff will not put a mint on your pillow but they will walk the grounds to insure that you won't be disturbed. I have owned and managed the Eden House for 27 years. I like to think that my staff and me do the 'little' things that will make your stay in Key West a memorable one. Key West is notorious for it's nightlife. Whether it is a sunset sail, a snorkel or kayak trip or deep water and flats fishing, the waters of the Florida Keys are like no other. Just let us know when you want to go.Grab a good book and a drink and I'll see you in the hammock area. ... more   less
