One word "AWESOME"
Great location with a great private beach. Rooms a little small but very clean and fresh, besides who spends time in their room when you have such a beautiful resort to enjoy.

The entire staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to speak when passing.

Kathy was most helpful with GREAT recommendation and making reservations.

Matthew and Jon at the beach are the BEST ever. Took care of our every need, had our towels and chairs set up every morning and check on us throughout the day even bringing fresh watermelon, fresh towels and anything else we needed.

Beachside bar and restaurant were great. Dinner was wonderful and bar was a great spot to cool off and hang out at night.

I recommend doing the SPA for a treat, get staff and environment.

I first ever visit to Key West and already planning our return visit to the resort.

Thanks Kevin and your entire staff for making this out BEST vacation EVER. See you soon.

It started out rocky, some problems with reservations, but then that got fixed and our long weekend started. We loved the room with the balcony, we enjoyed the breakfast, the concierge service was excellent and the Beach Service provided by Jon and Matt was probably the best we have ever received in our many travels. We had towels, drinks, our shade moved when needed and they even put our stuff under shelter when we went parasailing and it started to rain before we got back to the pool.

The room was very clean, the fixtures and furniture were in great shape and the beach equipment was great.

Make sure you schedule enough down time, we did not leave enough time for massages by the beach or snorkeling. Though downtown Key West was great and we REALLY ENJOYED the Truman Little White House tour. 2-50 yr olds, a 28 y old and a 12 yr old and we ALL GOT TO DO what we liked!

The pool and private beach were top quality. Service was outstanding. We especially wanted to note how great Zack and Julian on the beach were in getting us set up in the right spot and checking in on us. The outdoor bar was well stocked and open late for some quiet time outside.

This hotel is lovely. It has been renovated; the lobby is very inviting with clean lines, dark stained wood floors and modern furniture. Our room was located in the main historical building on the second floor above the entrance (not an ocean view rooms), very quiet and spacious. We requested two beds, which were double beds and not as comfortable as a queen when you're sharing with a tall teenager. There were no drawers for storing your clothes, although there was a small dresser with the mini bar and safe that had a couple of shelves. The bathroom was very small - good for only one person at a time. Ours had a European shower - no tub, and open. The outdoors area is very nice with two pools, a variety of areas used for dining: two areas close to the front of the hotel for breakfast, and two areas beside the pools and beach for lunch and dinner. There are two nice sized pools, and a great beach with hammocks, beach games and plenty of attentive concierge staff to set up umbrellas and chaise lounges. The service is excellent. You pay a resort fee per day (which also includes wi-fi) so you do not have to sign a tab for beach chairs or towels, and the beach staff bring fresh fruit, flavored water and frozen treats throughout the day. There are many activities such as sailing, parasailing, bike rentals, snorkeling, diving, etc offered on the property and a sister property, The Reach, offered additional things like jet skis. We only stayed two nights, but wish we had stayed longer.
