It’s my 5th stay at this resort & anything and everything to do with your room absolutely is terrible. Any service to the rooms such as room service, maid service etc. is nonexistent and horrible. But they certainly are consistent with their terrible service of rooms. Called to request for room service, drinks, missing items and had to call repeatedly & finally gave up as they never arrived. Same service over the past five years. The lobby and grounds of this resort are spectacular. The bellmen and Patrick at the front desk are fabulous. Outside of that don’t waste your money.

We have stayed at the Casa Marina probably 10 times over the years. We have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The history of the hotel is amazing. The pool area and grounds are lovely. Our rooms are always clean and have had a spectacular view of the ocean and grounds. When you walk out the hotel doors to see the ocean, the view is like you are in paradise.

We would like to say Thank You to several people for making our stays at the hotel outstanding. Patrick Anello and Jennifer Robino have assisted over the years in making ours accommodations truly special. Jennifer Robino has assisted us with excellent excursions and dinner options throughout our visits. Jennifer Robino and Patrick Anello are truly positive employees of this hotel. They always make you feel special!!!!!

Another person that we need to thank is Maria in Housekeeping. We had gone downtown for brunch and on the way back to the hotel, I started feeling I'll. Maria was cleaning our room. She followed ALL Security Procedures before letting us in our room. Maria made us use our room key to open the door, so she knew we were entering the correct room. Maria took the time to get extra blankets and water for me. I truly appreciated her help.

Jennifer, Patrick, and Maria are the faces that make our visits to the Casa Marina so inviting each time.
