Some vacations just hit all the right notes, and the hyatt did just that. What s treat to stay in a place that had it all without the big price tag.. friendly, inviting, clean, intimate, pretty property.exellent service from all the staff..beautifully decorated rooms with balconys overlooking pool, ocean or both..We are pretty fussy, and there wasnt anything we didn't like..it was a great vacation because of were we chose to stay..great vibe by the pool relaxing at its best!! Superior value for money having just stayed at the Delano in miami for twice the price. The Hyatt gets high praises!

Stayed here in August of 2013, but havent had a chance to review. From the moment our family of 4 (2 adults / 2 children) arrived, we have nothing but great stuff to say about this hotel. Very charming lobby area, that was not set up like a typical hotel lobby. Very inviting. Great pool for the kids, and awesome pier area with a swing overlooking the ocean. We had drinks and some appetizers at the pool for happy hour, and not too expensive. Loved how close we were to Mallory Square and Duval. Just a few blocks out our hotel room door. Great views too from our room, with a balcony. Would recommend this place to all travelers, family, couples, singles, etc. Would for sure stay here again when we go back to Key West. Kids loved the turtles in the lobby.

We stayed four nights in room 3413, which apparently is one of the best rooms in the hotel. The room is the Deluxe Gulf Front category that indeed offers some great views as well as two balconies. The room had a good size and was comfortable but in a rather basic way.

The air-conditioning is rather loud but at least it is a constant noise. We were quite annoyed by the entrance door, which was almost impossible to open to close. The sea front location has had its impact.

We liked that sun loungers were placed in three different areas; around the pool, on the deck above the sea and on the tiny beach. We had a few drinks by the pool which were far from great as they were completely diluted by the huge amount of crushed ice. We also only had lunch once by the pool as the food was very bland and disappointing. On the other hand the breakfast served in the restaurant was outstanding. Some of the dishes were among the best we have ever had.

The gym is very small and only offers cardio machines and free weights. OK for a couple of days but not great.

The location is very convenient and everything is within easy reach. This is not a luxury hotel but I suppose it doesn't pretend to be. It's a very decent and rather charming hotel and I certainly wouldn't mind staying here again if returning to Key West.

I stay at The Hyatt on Front Street many times. The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet setting along the Gulf. The hotel always accommodates me on my room request which means a lot to me and my husband. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a balcony for two. Coffee is in all rooms. They restaurant dining is magnificent as you can sit outside along the Gulf or inside. They bar is also beautiful in the evenings when the low lights are on and you can relax after a day on Duval Street. All the rooms are spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We will be back in May 2013.

Room Tip: Rooms are quieter next to the Pier House. I want to keep my room request private and not give away my secret. Lol...

This was our second trip to the resort and the staff was again awesome! The location is perfect, close enough to walk to everything! The surprising thing was the food at the bar was great. Some of the best Mahi Mahi tacos we have ever had.
Bridgett the friend desk associate was awesome! She was soooo nice and friendly. There was a couple that came in right behind us and they were sold out. She tried to help them as much as she could and it was really nice to watch great customer service.
It was a great stay all around, parking is easy too!
