the hotel, pool and outside dining accommodations were great. staff were very friendly and eager to meet our needs. the complimentary pool towels sure came in handy. a conveniently located IHOP next door. a rellative short drive to the downtown area and Duval Street where it seemed all the place for all the action. we hope to return in the near future.

Just spent a week at Inn at Key West. Really nice place and very friendly staff. We got upgraded on arrival to a pool view. Great pool and Tiki bar. Only ten minute drive from main part of town (then again its only ten mins anywhere as the island is so small). Would definitely stay there again if visiting the Keys in the future.

Room Tip: We had a poolside 1st floor room but didn't get any issues with noise from the pool.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August with my boyfriend. Arrived around 1pm. We were able to check in early which was great and process was very quick. Got a second floor room overlooking the pool. Room was very clean, bed comfy, good size tv for shark week, big bathroom. Went to pool area and had apps for lunch. Pool is very nice with plenty of shade. Loved the rock waterfall. Bartender Samantha was great. Food was decent big burger. Enjoyed my yummy mudslides at the pool. Breakfast was standard, but reasonably priced. One important thing to note is this hotel is about 3 miles from the action on Deval Street. You need a car to drive there or take a cab. We found driving in the hotel area to be a bit challenging because of all the construction. The hotel may want to think about a shuttle to the area of Devals street area think, it would definitely be a great feature to attract more guests. I'd definitely return if I was with my boyfriend for a more laid back time poolside I would absolutely come back for the relaxing vibe and great pool/ tiki bar. If i was coming with girlfriends I may have to choose a hotel closer to Deval or with shuttle to area.

We were only there for 5 days but we really enjoyed it. The room was clean, the staff friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was it was right next to the front entrance. The lights at night were very bright but the curtains did a good job of blocking it out, and having strangers look right into the room was awkward. We had to keep the curtain closed most of the time. The pool was very inviting but needed to be cleaned. The drains were clogged with hair and debris from the trees and algae was growing along many of the walls. The water had a used feel to it and needed more chlorine, but we spent more time at the beach anyway so it didn't bother us to much. The construction out front didn't bother us at all. The only other down side was that the room wasn't serviced until 4:00pm each day, so if we were in the room we declined the service. Minor complaint.

Room Tip: Stay away from the front of the hotel if possible. Check all of the room. We had a frige and didn...

We had a very nice hotel room with enough parking to always get somewhat close. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and floating pillows. Across the street from the ocean, but across the island from a nice beach area. We enjoyed Fort Zachary for the nicest beach on Key West. The Inn is close to groceries and fast food, but on the wrong side of the island for beaches and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again, but need a car for island exploration!

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but I wish it had been longer. The hotel is outside of Old Town and you do need a car to visit the main attractions in town. The fact that it was quiet and had a tropical setting provided a nice escape from all the activity on Duval St. and Mallory Square. I am giving this hotel 5 stars primarily for the customer service and setting. We got to the hotel at 10:30 am and expected to need to drop off our bags and wait for our room, but the front desk attendant was able to find an available room in the back of the hotel that was very nice and secluded. There is construction on the road that runs in front of the hotel, right now, but we did not hear any noise. The only time this was problematic was when we were driving back from Old Town and had to take a detour to return. Definitely worth a stay if you're looking for something a little more relaxing and tropical during your visit to Key West. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming and you won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for four nights, and were given a Queen-Size room towards the rear of the property (probably a good thing, as there are significant roadworks being done to the road at the front of the property).

We didn't really spend a great deal of time here, as we went out and explored something else every day, using the Inn as a bed at the end of the day, but our room was always cool, and neatly made up for our return.

Regarding facilities, the gym is small, but adequate - as it doesn't appear to be used by many. The pool is a good size, but the pool surround can easily feel very noisy & crowded. The Inn has a poolside bar and a café, which seemed nice, but we opted for other local places in Key West, which either had better prices or more atmosphere.

Reception staff were very helpful when we needed some fixtures in our room repaired, and these were done rapidly, at a time convenient for us.

If you manage to find a good rate (the normal charge advertised on the notice on the back of their doors is rather horrific), then this is a good base to explore from, with plenty of space, parking and facilities.

Room Tip: I would avoid a room next to the pool, because of noise from guests and children using the pool.
