Wow what a house, it is the Perfect house to stay if you want to have a nice week in Key West. We where 20 friends that celebrated our 50th birthday, both from US and Norway. We got the Lazy Week we where looking for and the house was perfect for us. Bedrooms for 20 People, a lot of space inside and outside the house, kitchen worked fine for 20 persons and also coolers and fridge outside, barbecue, pool, and great pooldeck just outside the door.
This house gave us everything we dreamed of, we enjoyed a lot of fun with kayaks and paddle boards, we jumped in the ocean and used the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, played billiards under the tiki hut, bike rides in to Duval Street, you name it this house got it.
My friends and I hope we can be back some day.
Thank you Andrew and Aric
The house was just as pictured. The colors are bright, vivid and tropical-- it's a super-fun, well kept house. In fact, the caretaker Aric was often on the property, cleaning the pool and doing other maintenance. I cannot express how RELAXING it was for us to be here. We were three couples, with five teenagers and three younger children (ages 7, 6 and 3) between us, and stayed two nights. We had total peace and harmony the entire time-- that's how much fun everyone was having! We woke up early, took out kayaks and paddle boards, came back for a swim and a dip in the jacuzzi, fished (with our own equipment), played billiards under the tiki hut outside, tennis, ping pong-- we didn't even get around to using the air hockey or bikes because we were so busy with everything else. Because all these amenities are right on the property, all the children and adults were able to enjoy themselves on their own schedules, which was the perfect recipe for us all to relax. (We didn't even leave the house until 5 pm, and did that just to join in the Key West sunset celebrations.) The stars at night were lovely. I highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.
Stayed here with a large family group recently. The house is very spacious and comfortably fit our group of 20 although the sharing of bathrooms gets a bit old by the end of a week. Kitchen is dated but well-equipped. Plenty of kayaks, SUPs, bikes, fishing gear, tennis gear, racquetball equipment all at your disposal and also awesome to have a dock where you can keep a boat (which we rented).
The property manager Aric was super nice and readily available with any questions.
What we did not like (and this was certainly the consensus of all in our group) is that the house is very tired at this point and it seems long overdue for some updating. Just lots of little things like worn, stained carpets; old not so comfy mattresses and bedding (I bought pillows at the local Kmart for $5.99 that were an upgrade from what was provided); tiles falling out and missing from the pool; deck area very worn and especially the second floor outside deck had a bunch of flimsy broken lounge chairs; house clean but yet look in corners and it's not really clean (plus some mold around); broken window shades... etc, etc.
With some TLC we all thought this could be a great place, but it was not nearly as nice as the photos and that was disappointing to all in our group.

Staying here was probably one of the best decisions we have made for our Trip to Key West. All the other decisions, like drinking way too much, staying up too late, partying crazy, not so good decisions!!! Very spacious, four full bathrooms plus and eight bedrooms, a great sitting area, huge ocean view porches, docks, awesome dining area and a large kitchen. Located in Key West, with amazing views of the ocean and the Gulf! Caretaker really catered to our needs. There was a taxi ready whenever you needed one. . Awesome heated pool and hot tubs, bikes, paddle boards, tennis court, racket ball court, basketball hoop, pool table, ping pong table and the list goes on...would definitely stay here again.
This post should be prefaced with a few facts. The house is great, the amenities are endless. We did not run out of things to do and we were pleased with the abundance of activities available to us. The location was also great for a large group trying to enjoy key west because it was in close proximity.
The problems we ran into are as follows: the house owner Andrew seems to be under the impression that he is running a 10 million Dollar estate in Saint Barths. He's a good businessman as he knows how to suck every possible dollar out of his customers. He is after all a Wharton grad (despite the fact that his contract had numerous typos, whoops). He does not leave you alone. He will do anything possible to linger on the property and interfere with your trip. He made many guests feel uncomfortable despite our effort to be friendly and accommodating of his presence. Anyone planning on staying at this house should be wary of his extreme inclination to hang around his house, which he views as his precious child. As aforementioned, he treats this house like it is something which it is not. At the end of the day, you should get what you're paying for. In this case, we were ripped off for a trashy/slightly dirty, washed up old MTV property.
Best vacation with friends ever. House and location perfect for hanging out with friends and passing good times. Location perfect to relax, very secluded and private. 10 minutes to party central in town. Ocean surrounding house is beautiful. Owner and staff were great.

I had the privilege to take 16 of my best friends and my family here for my retirement party. Everyone had a blast we hired Provisions of Key West to cook for a few days and provision the house for us. It must have been fun the 3 hour ride back was very quiet and they are still talking about it on Facebook. I spoke with the owner on numerous occasions prior to our arrival with all kinds of questions and he answered all of them quickly and didn't seem to get annoyed by me thanks for a great experience
