Our guided trip with Bethany was excellent. Laid back, but well organised; she took us on a great route through the mangroves, with frequent stops to look at (and hand round) interesting marine fauna. Make sure you apply plenty of sun screen, and expect to come back with wet clothes, but well worth while.

Heather and the folks at Lazy Dog did an outstanding job of outfitting us and guiding us on a paddleboard and nature tour around the mangroves. We paddleboard at home, so we're not new to the sport, but learned more about how to SUP from an expert. The nature tour was awesome and the paddleboard adventure was the highlight of the cruise for the two bored teenagers who were with us!!

If we ever have an opportunity to visit Key West again we will certainly re-take the tour!

Thanks, Lazy Dog - great job!!!

The ladies at Lazy Dog do paddle tours right! My family of four paddleboard at home and were looking for a way to get a close look at the Key West ecology. This two hour tour was perfect. Our guide knew the ecology, explained the unique attributes the Keys and the reef, and showed many different examples of the marine life. This group does a great job with showing folks the basics of paddling and runs a great business. Great job Lazy Dog!

We were looking for an adventure, water, nature. ... found it all with lazy dog paddle boarding. ... my husband and I had never tried paddle boarding before. .... the staff was excellent. ... going over every thing with us, making sure we were comfortable before heading out. ... my husband and I had bets who was falling in first. ... neither of us did! It was easy! Please don't be intimidated or afraid due to that part. ... it is definetly not as hard as it looks. .... going through the mangroves was so beautiful. ....I have fallen in love with paddle boarding ... wish I had a chance to do the yoga. ... that probably would be just as awesome

My paddle board guide Dave was awesome. His knowledge and professionalism in guiding novice as well as experienced paddle boarders and kayakers was much appreciated. We were able to see a wide variety of sea creatures like conchs and starfish and truly understand the mangrove ecosystem while we hung out in a hurricane hole. Paddling from US1 to the Atlantic Ocean (about a mile) was delightful as we glided over turtle grass on gin clear water. I'd recommend polarized sun glasses to cut through the water and really increase your visibility. If you are in Key West, GO TO LAZY DOG ADVENTURE TOURS. It will be the best part of your trip!
